Computer games.

Outside of the FIFA night on Saturday, I haven't played a computer game for weeks

It used to be the main thing I did a few years back. Get in from Uni or Work and put on COD, PES or some other game and play long into the night

I play in about 30 minute to 1 hour spurts now. I just don't have the time these days

Shame

Just finished playing Bioshock infinite the other night. One word...WOW.

I got it from Love film last year on release and got as far as the tower (no spoilers) and turned it off and never went back to it for some reason. Getting in on playstation plus i started it again with some renewed optimism (as it was free and mine again) and really enjoyed it.

I thought the combat was a little poor, what is the point of traps in open area combat? Plus the tears becoming visible as soon as you entered an area gave the game away from the proceding fight. The other bug bear i had was the searching in EVERY container, bin, person etc just so i could afford stuff before going the bank.

However the story is brilliantly told and really gripping in all honesty. It keeps you guessing and it is one of those games that seems like it is finished and then an hour later you are still playing it.

All in all if you havent played it yet then do it asap. It really will be worth your time.

never got round to playing Dead Island when it was first released, but it was available as a free download on the XBOX store last week. picked it up and really enjoying it so far, even considering the zombie genre bores me to tears.

I hated it, played it with mates. Thought it was boring, repetitive and just really tedious.

Well I'm buzzing. Got given £5 Xbox credit in an email as some promotion thing, put it on and saw Soul Calibur II was £3.99 with this sale.

Nostalgia trip for me.

AC Brotherhood and Arkham City are both like £4 as well.

In Guild Wars 2, they just turned the main player hub/city into a warzone. I haven't gotten too much opportunity to rumble in the place I used to AFK, but so far it looks awesome.
