He said he couldn't cope with the stress and just wanted a normal life. Also he may have been getting sued because it looked like Mario.

Hard to disagree when he was getting up to £50,000 a day in ad revenue apparently.

No. It looks similar to Mario, but it is not the *same*. It has to be identical, so a few tweaks, here and there, and he is golden.
