No the dream would be us finishing third, RS finishing fourth and Man Utd finishing fifth or lower, but winning the CL.

The red****e meltdown would be delicious.

Although the thoughts of Moyes winning a trophy wouldn't.

WTF is going on. THE DREAM, since we're talking dreams, IS EVERTON WINNNKG THE LEAGUE

Hurts like hell to say it but anyone who saw them devastate us and Arsenal will surely have to admit that '''''they'' are favourites.

Yeah, they're in 4th which is always where you want to be. 3 points clear of Spurs, 5 clear of us, 9 clear of man u. And that goal difference of theirs is practically another point as it's vastly superior to anyone below them so drawing level with them does no one any good.

I think any of the 3 clubs below them would swap positions in a heartbeat.

But there's a long way to go. They're favourites but they can still blow it. They're not invincible and they're perfectly capable of drawing four games on the trot.

I think for us it depends on how Treore(spelling) does, if he hits the ground running there's a good chance. Liverpool are in pole after beating arsenal but how bad were they against West Brom. I don't rate Rogers, good big games but lacks motivation away from home. To get 4th I think we need to win 8 more games, with city, arse, utd and Chelsea to play it's not going to be easy.

It does look ominously like LFC will get 4th spot but there is no way they will win the title.

We have a tough Feb/Mar but our last 6 games are 'winnable' so we could be in with a sniff if we are still within touching distance come the start of April but i doubt it very much.

liverpool will get it i think, but i couldnt bring myself to vote for them

sadly i think spurs have just as much of a chance as we do. we undoubtedly play the football but they seem to have the knack (or luck) for winning enough games as they need to

Liverpool will NOT win the title mate don't panic! Looking more and more like they will get that fourth place tho. Having said that I still don't think there all that, it only takes a couple of poor results and they would wobble. They have always been able to get themselves up for the big games, Rogers credit to him, has them set up in a way that it works fantastic against the big teams (counter attack) They still struggle away and more so against the mid table teams.

There downfall will be great to see. If it doesn't happen then unfortunately they deserve 4th damm them!!

So wait a minute earlier in the season, Liverpool were being criticised for being flat track bullies and not good enough to beat the better teams in the league. And now things have reversed?

Explain that to me?

I think Wednesday will be a good indicator of whether Liverpool have what it takes to get 4th place. It might be a classic case of after the lord mayor's show for them. Everyone's drooling over them after thrashing Arsenal, so they could be a little bit cocky & complacent against a Fulham side fighting for their very lives at the foot of the table. If they dish out another thrashing however, then I reckon it'll be curtains for the rest of us unfortunately :(

Read a few posts saying RS have only got 2 aways at top teams left to play, so thought I'd have a look at their fixtures. I'll tell you what, they have not got an easy ride. Their entire March is rammed full of games I can see them losing and home games against man city & chelsea in april when the games are running out & those 2 are battling it out for the title.
Its not over yet blues.

Liverpool's to lose. Even if their away form continues to stutter then they'll probably stumble over the line by a few points.

Us, Spurs and United nowhere near consistent enough to mount a real challenge to them at the moment.

It´s not cut and dried . Liverpool could easily slip up they have a few self destruct players and an injury here and there to thier waffer thin squad could do for them. United are not good enough and will drop more points ,I also think spurs will come up short it´s up to us to get back to early season form and go on a run . There still a third of the season to go. We can still do it .

It's going to take a titanic effort to get fourth now. I hope Martinez throws caution to the wind and tries to take 3 pts from now on in, draws no good. The possibility of lfc getting in title race is now real and very worrying.

After tonight's games, I think Arsenal will come 4th. Liverpool, Man City and Chelsea to battle it out for first. Spurs 5th. Us 6th. Utd 7th
