Vellios is an interesting one. Has really let himself down.

Any word on Gueye?
Touting him to French ligue 1 and 2 clubs, Any and every offer will be considered, the club want him off the books with a small fee 500k ish i think. may go on loan again with a view to a perm

I like that a couple went to the same team (e.g. Kennedy and Pennington or Duffy and Lundstram). Can't help but feel it helps build an on-field relationship between younger players that would benefit us should they make the first team someday.

Good deal for them and for Browning.

Wigan now managed by Uwe Rossler who has a track record of loaning/signing and looking after Everton players - when he was at Brentford he signed McAleny, Forshaw and Bidwell from us.

Martinez & Stubbs spoke extremely highly of Browning this week, so if he does well I can see him getting a chance in the first team squad next season.

I doubt that will ever happen formally, but there's no reason why it couldn't happen informally? I mean take Tranmere for instance. The club could easily strike up a partnership with them whereby Tranmere benefit from our coaching expertise (The Everton Way), maybe even use our facilities now and then.

That would ensure that Tranmere play in a way that educates our kids in the right way. We'd then make sure as many of our youngsters go there on loan as possible. Likewise, if Tranmere ever get any good kids on their books, they'd have a good route to the Premier League through us.

Could even use this for coach development as well, sending people doing their coaching qualifications to our partner clubs to get experience in professional environments.

Do that with a couple of clubs and you'd have as good as a B team in the lower leagues.

good idea in theory,if I was a tranmere fan though doubt i'd be too keen

Will probably get to see a bit of the Tranmere lads as I go to a lot of their game as my mate plays for them. Also I went and watched Tranmere vs Colchester and Garbutt was awful at defending and got ripped to pieces, although I could have just watched him on a bad day.

In the last 18 months of Moyes we loaned out:
Barkley x 2
Duffy
Lundstram
McAleny
Garbutt
Gueye
Wallace
Forshaw
Bidwell
Nsiala
Orengua
Baxter

I think for us as fans we get to see and hear a lot more about the youngsters development through the Everton website etc. Not that it's anything major but it is nice to see
