What an amazing evening!!!!

So good to finally have someone in charge who believes in the club from top to bottom :)

Had a read through the BBC feed and cannot believe the absolute **** being spoken during the game by 'Everton fan' Robbie Savage. makes me so angry when you see these 'pundits' talking such utter garbage. Hopefully we will be taken seriously now, especially if we repeat this at the weekend.

What we have here is a manager who instills a fearlessness in the team, he is a born winner and this proves it.

It wasn't just the win tonight it was the all round performance. Getting stuck in when needed and once we won the ball it was the use of the ball that impressed me, the players just sprayed it around like we were at home to Barnsley. When we broke we broke with pace and numbers, there was no thinking of staying back just in case. Every attacking player joined in every time.

Feels good to be blue.

This. Watching teams (be it Stoke or Man U) desperately trying to close down our centre halves to stop us playing and we just ping it around like a training match.

A word to the knobs that were there. You were immense tonight.

The shot of the Everton crowd after the goal looked like ground zero of an atomic blast.

Roiling, boiling arms and other limbs. SCENES.

That's how Everton do it. Yes, I think Davey was watching, lids.

What a night.

Well done on your win tonight Everton, you're really looking like quite some team. Martinez has improved a football team so much in such a short space of time, whereas Moyes has done the opposite at MUFC. I'm not complaining though!

Moyes is a fair man, his postmatch was fair and I think we can put a line under everything with him now.

Are you on glue? That weapon deserves the tsunami of venom that will be waiting for him whenever he faces us. You do remember his derisory transfer 'bids'? The tit has made his bed, and it's lights out at least twice a season.

We had a great African evening with fire and meat ending it off with the best pudding I have ever had -
beating United in their own back yard when they desperately needed a win -
Thanks Roberto for making us believe in ourselves again - you have a great future ahead of you -
and I just hope Everton is going to be part of that - pretty please
