I think Anichebe is miles better than Kone and its a shame that we got rid.

Hopefully Lukaku stays fit because we'll struggle if he doesn't.

I love these Monday Morning Quarterbacks.

Always know everything after the fact but tell you they knew before the fact.

In the English vernacular....bugger off.

Haha.
Well in Bill.

Christ, what's going on here ? I'm agreeing with Bill.

If I could erase the miss from my memory I'd say Kone looked much sharper yesterday. I think he'll come good.

It obvious he's a quality player, I find the hysterical criticism baffling. How many minutes has he been on the pitch, has he even played two effing games yet?
Give him a few games before you all announce he's the worst player you've ever seen. Martinez is no fool, he rates him very highly

quality player? Take it you didn't see him at sevilla

Took a little while to get going at Wigan too. By the end of the season he was pretty much bagging a goal/match and almost kept them up.

Fellani, and Baines didn't exactly light it up right away either.

He'll be a decent No.2 striker for us. When he comes on late he provides a bit of pace and energy to the attacking side. The miss was awful but he made himself a nuisance and intern Hull had trouble getting the ball out of the defensive end.

To be fair, Fellaini and Baines had time on their side. Kone is what, 30? I think. Thereabouts.

We can't be waiting a season for a 30 year old to come good.

I was gutted for him when he missed that sitter. I've grown to like him for some reason and hope he does well.

You could tell he was gutted as well. He's clearly better than that though, he just needs some more game time.

I only saw his contribution on Football First last night, he looked like a really good player ,the glaring miss apart.I think he will make a big contribution to our season yet.

Yeah, felt really sorry for him. Still thought he recovered well from it and looked dangerous. He runs in behind well. A different sort of threat to Lukaku.
