I've pretty much been offered a 25K job in Birmingham (Edgbaston). Sounds great and everything but i'd have to commute from Nottingham and by the looks of things get two trains or drive, but got no idea what the traffic is like. After travel i'd earn probably about an extra 100quid a month, not that fussed about the money more the experience it could get me but i'm really not sure about travelling an hour plus each way every day. I kinda said 25k hoping they'd say no but they didn't. I'm currently on 17 but i walk to work.

I work in patents and it is quite a niche market so the opportunity could come up again, closer to me but it may not be for ages. Genuinely don't know if its worthwhile or not.
