ok, **** off, ok? Naismith did as well as anyone today. There is many players out there who were worse than him. Dont make him the scapegoat.

The rest of the players were capable of controlling the ball and making very, very basic passes. He was absolutely dreadful and offers nothing on the wing.

he did as much as controlling the ball as everyone else.. Its easier to spots someones mistake if you are prepared to look at their mistakes. Everyone believes Lukaku is a God, well today he lost ALOT of easy balls when he could have taken the pressure of us. I know I'm in deep water saying this since everyone else thinks he is our Jesus...

Lukaku is the only forward we have that is not only capable of putting in the back of the net, but doing it at a ratio that puts him in the company of the very best strikers in the game.

I agree lad, but at that end of the day he slotted, the lids still quite raw, I recall watching him when he first signed for Chelsea, christ he was awful, hes come on loads since then and will only get better, hes still a young un.

It's easy to spot someone's mistakes when they make them over and over again for an hour and a half every week.

Lukaku is a rough diamond but at least we're seeing great moments. Naismith's complete lack of technical ability is unforgivable.

Not one to slate players very often but I thought Naismith was absolutely dreadful. The one thing he was good at was his movement and being the one in space in the final third or close to it, the problem with this was it made him our first choice pass and he could neither control nor run with so we therefore wasted the vast majority of our possession purely because poor old Naisy was awful.

Having said that everybody is going crazy for Lukaku but his touch has been very poor also...which is very surprising.

McCarthy...what can I say....wanted him at the club for a couple of years, was sure he would prove any doubters wrong and am delighted to see this is already happening. Very good today.

I thought we were a bit slow all over the park and second to every ball...I'm more disappointed by that because I really don't think City were exactly in first gear either.

Played well in the first half but never got going again after the break. Coleman had a bad day and little understanding between him and Naismith (who, although not a great player gave 100% to be fair). Ossie was sadly poor again and not a great partner for McCarthy who seems to get better every game. Missed Barry. Lukaku quite anonymous second half, Barkley ran out of steam and ideas.

All in all, was always going to be tough, ref didnt help and no way a 9 card game. We look like the break will do a few good, regroup and go on to batter Hull. Cant win em all !!
