If I see a starting line up with osman and Naismith in it I don't think am going to bother next time. Matinez subs have been shocking.
Can moan about the ref and that but we've been embarrass this half since they got that pen they've been given the chance to relax and play as a team that can exspress them selves.

Ah well, before I log out, thoughts on the game - we were outclassed away from home by a side who was assembled at at least 10x the cost of ours, who badly needed a result after a few disappointed results.

There's no need to meltdown with this. Yes, we were poor individually with Barkley and Osman having poor games particularly, but McCarthy was fantastic and we were missing Barry sorely. There was still enough there to say we'll roll over a few decent teams today.

This smells of knife to a gunfight, regardless of how much their team cost, we have dicked them everywhere over the years, today wasnt about money, today we just never really got going, far to many players off their games, Barks, Mirallas, Lukaku to name a few.

Few players really impressed, McCarthy was superb, ref was a pyar bellend, hopefully he will be in League One shortly, but even they dont deserve him, hes not the reason we lost tho, we lost cos we didnt turn up, but we move on, bring on Hull.

Lets hope these Intrarnational games don't rob of us any players through injury and then win the next two at least.

Good return so far even if the unbeaten run has ended.

Said it before the game, Osman should never have been anywhere near the pitch. Produced yet another embarrassing performance today. ****ing hell, his retirement cannot come soon enough. Naismith, the other whipping boy, was also ****.

Baines has no influence today and Mirallas did f all. Add the badly unfit and incapable referee it was just a day to forget. Joke performance from us and the referee today.

City were the better team but we were shafted by a poor ref. If the ref did his job properly we would have drew this game and possibly won it. End of the day we're playing one of the strongest teams in the country at their ground which in recent years has been a fortress for them, we were never going to be guaranteed points especially when this team beat Man Utd much more easily than they did us and they were hurting from losing in midweek to Bayern

Why the hack all our players just stand there instead of tracking their players. We are very luck to concede only three goals today.

Yer you have repeated that post about 5 times

Maybe you and MickM86 should have a talk about memory loss

Agree with all of this.

It's no shame in losing to that Man City side. We did very well in the first half but a combination of decisions going against us and coming up against a few truly world class players on their game saw us off.
