Sensible approach needed, some changes not major overhaul. Squad rotation means just that, not committing suicide throwing in your weekest players and hoping for the best!

it's a squad game. We can still make 3 changes if the our 2nd choice team don't get the win. Yes i would change virtually the whole team, jelavic and naismith are second choices hence their inclusion, whilst mccarthy, gibson and delafeou can get much needed match time.


why you lids shouting down that team? you think it's not good enough to win, because i think it is. can always bring lukaku, barkley and mirallas if it's not winning. we have a squad now, use it. Don't play the same bulk of 8/9 players all season long, they'll be shattered when it gets to the business end.

I consider it a trophy beneath us, always have, I get when you enter your 50th year without a trophy it means a little more, I still want us to win, I want Everton to win the coin toss at the start of the game and if we go all the way, I will certainly be there, at dat der Wembley cheering us on like its the World Cup Final, but I still consider it a Mickey Mouse trophy.
