Morons. In a privately held company what the hell good is this going to do for them?
 
Hmm ... Kenwright 'out' is one thing thing, but I don't see any mention of who is going to come 'in'.

Until some mega-rich benefactor (with the good of Everton at heart) comes along - and whilst we're still regularly finishing above these 'other teams' - I'll stick with Bill.
 
Firstly, what would you like him to do that other chairmen seem to do? Secondly, anyless you're following him around, how do you know what he does? I presume you don't expect his every waking step to be broadcast on television like some reality show? Or is that he doesn't write blank cheques for Moyes to spend?

Yeah, bugger off Bill, I want the club to be owned by a (far-eastern despot/ russian arms dealer/ american asset stripper) *delete as applicable. who'll dump us, bankrupt in the Championship when he's (been extradited/ poisoned by the KGB / made his money off our backs)*. All this gradual sustainable growth and being back in Europe again is RUBBISH

lol, well everyone here is bullet proof for blue bill. fair dues. the real shame is that he can't get his mate earl who has a 500 million fortune to invest a few bob in the team.

Invest is the magic word isn't it. Sadly to most football fans it seems to mean "give us a shed load without expecting any of it back, there's a good chap", whereas to most businessmen they will expect to make a profit on any investment they make. Do you think people rushing to buy clubs at the same time as a record tv deal being announced is a coincidence?
 
Tell me about it. We had that shining new academy built for some magic beans god dammit, we should have squillions left over to spend on the team. After all, it's not like this tv bonanza will ever stop, investing in the future would be just daft :)
