I thought Arteta has been doing really well with his dead balls - noticed four or five GOOD crosses. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt for now

yak with a bit of a wild effort there :D
 
Good work from the boys first half. We've worked very hard. We could do with keeping the ball a bit better in the 2nd half because we cannot sustain constant Arsenal attacks for another half.
 

Excellent first half, a real team performance which we haven't seen for a while. Fellaini and Yakubu have done a great job holding it up in the final third, Fellaini especially looks very good in the Cahill role. Winning headers, holding it up and keeping composed. Rodwell has also done very well, he's got a big future.

I would change it a bit though. Move Arteta centrally so we can retain possession more and keep Fabregas away from the [Poor language removed] ball. He's a real class act, he's bossed the game for me. He makes Arsenal tick.

Anyway excellent so far.
 

Fellaini's playing well going forward, playing the Cahill role but helping out going back and in the middle. Bit sloppy on the ball and lost it a few times. But everytime hes going up for the ball he's got two players on him -- he's causing problems.

Hibbert....well....he's playing very [Poor language removed] well. Too well in fact which is scary.

Pienaar is skinning the life out of Song.

Yak is holding up the balls well. He's not gonna get many chances but he's doing his job.

Rodwell has been keeping Van Persi quiet all game, seems very comfortable on the ball and always looking for the pass.

Back 4 look solid. But they need to stay sharp against those long balls.

Howard seems on form.

Times they are a changing it looks like. Could this be the turning point in the season?

Was thinking that myself - but no one can go on the right...Osman is terrible on the wing...and we have no Anichebe to put on the RW either..
