Leighton Baines

Think we'd all understand that a player like Baines DESERVES to be playing at the highest level, he's too good not too. Unlike those across the park, they still think they are the 'Highest Level'..

Its just a stupid comment.

Whaf if a billionaire told us to 'name your price'....and offered baines a huge contract.

He couldn't offer him anything until he agreed a fee with us.

Anyway that's irrelevant because nobody's going to do that.

Anyone see James Pearce in the Echo today? A big headline reading "Dear Luis Suarez, please stop doing this to the fans who love you so much."

:dodgy:

Proper sad lot. I want none of that if we lose Baines or any other key player. It's not nice obviously but that's life when you're not in the Champions League unfortunately, get on with it and do what you can to soldier on. No cringe worthy crap about loyalty.

Give me examples of him being wrong.

I follow him on Twitter. He's not a tit and doesn't post lies.

Are you having a laught he is a notorious bull****ter. Last summer he pretty much just got everything wrong. Posts roumors as fact and hopes he's backed the right horse is all he dose and he is really bad at it.

In fact am pretty sure he was saying the exact opposite about Baines last summer and he ended up staying. Said a few times we are going to sign this player or that and nothing ever comes of it.

Examples of him being wrong please.

Said Moyes was at an LMA managers meeting at the Etihad prior to the Rodwell sale, then changed his story after 'a bit of digging' and started saying it was a private meeting with City execs.

Said that Moyes hadn't left the side of Mirallas' agent all day, cos he'd totally know that.

Somebody asked him when there would be news on Pienaar re-signing, he said 'Tonight', then later on when nothing happened he passed the buck and blamed the People's Group, instead of just admitting he was wrong.

Said Rodellega was a 'done deal', he ends up at Fulham.

Pranjic and Rodellaga are both to arrive in the next week. Pranjic taking Drenthe's, and Rodellaga to take Denis's place in the squad..
Reply ...

He talks utter s***e, passes off info as his own and then if it doesn't come off skirts around it.

I could go on, but i can't be arsed. The lad is an attention seeker.

I thought this was well known about him and no one took him seriously. Am quite suprised we are acually having this debate tbh.

Examples of him being wrong please.

He likes fruit on pizzas.

He accused Rusty Lee of starting World War 2.

He wears speedos on holiday.

He said his ma doesn't love the cock.

He preferred swapshop to tiswas.

He thinks vespas are better than lambrettas.

He wears pointy shoes.

His trabs have four stripes.

He doesn't use the Goodison Rd supper bar on match days.

He chose monkey boots instead of Air Wear.

He wears jeans with more than 5 pockets.

And posts speculative ****e on the internet.......I for one believe him, and am convinced its on.

Why are People still wishing our top draw players and staff good luck if they go to utd? So glad I remember EFC before sky sports...

Would you rather we wish bad AIDS on them?

If Leighton does go to Utd, I would wish him all the best and would not blame him at all. It could be his last chance to play in the champions league and to win trophies.
