Hope Froch gets KO'd.
No need for those comments, went beyond hyping up a fight.

That was a lovely shot by Golovkin on Macklin. The was talk of putting Cesar Chavez jr in with him once his drug ban is up. I'd prefer to see Golovkin in against Martinez myself. Some fights coming up soon that I'm intrested in. Bradley vs Marquez, Manny vs Rios, Mayweather vs Alvarez, Bj Saunders vs John Ryder and the rematch between Price and Thompson. Good few month of Boxing in place.

I was perhaps a tad over zealous earlier in regards to the Froch comments
That being said, boxers need to do more to hype their fights
UFC Fighters are guilty of it too sometimes (Although guys like Chael Sonnen are brilliant at it)
This isn't the WWE thread mate, it's boxing, these lads aren't acting.

NOTHING annoys me more when I watch a fight of any kind than when the post fighter interviewer asks the winner who they want to fight next and they say "I'll fight whoever they tell me to/Whoever they put in front of me"
NO!
Have a promo ready FFS!
Challenge the popcorn vendor if you have to, just DON'T give that crappy answer!
Muhammad Ali chatted all sorts and drew massive crowds as a result
It's ingrained in boxing and the elitist boxing fans need to embrace it more, In my opinion
Not everyone needs to do it but you need some who do
GSP never really cuts promo's but he doesn't need to if Nick Diaz is cutting them. He can just react and be himself
Similiar with Ali and Frazier
Or you could have the greatest martial artist who walks this earth respect his opponents then kick their face into row z.
Go ask Chael 'talking' Sonnen who that is.

Like the way he "respected" Damien Meia?
Think your merging wrestling with boxing.
As Hemmingway said "boxing is the most honest conversation two men can have".
We don't need promo videos, it's all about respect.
I'm sure Chael Sonnen can always look to the PPV money he drew and the fact he pretty much has a job for life as some small consolation that Anderson Silva and Jon Jones defeated him
