Do it lad, but my advice would be to not go overboard, do 3-5 hours a week and don't lift anything too heavy. Lads who go in straight away lifting heavy weights and do it 5 days a week tend not to stick with

Nice one lid. I know my limits when it comes to weights/exercise as I have literally no muscle on me, haha. Need to sort my diet out as well to help with weight gain etc. Being 6 ft and about 9 stone twig man isn't good.
