This is the Bilyaletdinov syndrome all over again.... well except, Bily actually had some talent. I love some(deluded) Everton fans solution to someone being ****/out of form.... "Play him behind the front man" ... Heard it about Bily, Osman, Barkley, Naismith.. and probably dozens more i've forgot about.

He's not playing out of posistion!

He started off as a striker early in his career then rangers used him in all 3 posistions behind the striker
ie. left wing - right wing - ACM (no.10)

Maybe you could say his strongest is ACM (no.10), I don't know not watched him enough for rangers but he's certainly not out of posistion playing on either wing.

The sooner people except he's just not good enough the better.

Billy wasn't suited to the PL but had clear talent...I've seen not even basic talent from Naismith that would make me feel he would offer anything much different playing in the no.10 role

Fellaini pienaar Osman Barkley Vic...probably even Green ffs offer more than he would in that role.

So to confirm...that's a NO from me! Haha

No he started out on the wing then when he moved to The Rangers he either played out wide or behind the striker.

Anyway, all this Naismith hasn't been played in the right position rubbish, why do people think that is??

You could put Naismith clean through with no keeper, proper open goal, he's still going to miss isn't he? Or fall over.

The Op may as well have suggested playing Hibbert upfront with Neville playing in behind him. In fact, it might be a better partnership.
