Good news for wildlife lovers, SuiMai, the UK's only giant female panda has been succesfully inseminated by a team of boffins at Edinburgh's world famous zoo.

Once it became apparent that her partner Num-Num wasn't up to the task, a team of brave scientists bounced in there and performed the job themselves before the 36 hour breeding window slammed shut for another year...

3 day window of opportunity, ffs I'd do anything for 1 of those, including the Vets task next time.
