How anyone can judge any player on one game I don't know. Goalkeeper is notoriously difficult and is well known that goalies need a run of games even more than other positions. Can't have helped having Jagielka injured so early. Thought he did well yesterday. Well done Jan.

To be honest mate, a lot of the negativity about him comes from one game about two years ago. he looks a decent keeper and pulled off one world class save. the ball was crossed in and the centre forward dived in for it, Mucha couldn't commit to the save incase the strike got a touch, the striker missed it and he managed to turn it round the post. Howard would probably have been flapping in the back of his net.

I thought when he had the chance for a quick throw he did well, but due to moyses tactics his options were limited.

Haha.... So you know what moyes tactics were do you???

Shame for reading you were not one of there fans... Quick word in McDermott's ear would of been a different result...

Haha...beggers belief, some on here !!

Don't really like him but to be fair he didn't do anything wrong yesterday i know he didn't have a lot to do but still he did a good job so fair play to him.

Awesome

@Jan_Mucha: Me n the boys are ko'd here, just got a text off johnny sayin he's hung over and **** knows where felli is lost him at about 2am #FindFelli

He looks a good keeper just can't catch the ball. Riddle me that.

Dont think his confidence ewas great for the first cross. He got a solid punch on it though, no worse than what Howard does.

The sarcastic cheering from Morons in the crowd doesnt help ones confidence does it?

He's made a cock up in a game 2 years ago. Lets not judge him on that.

Had a solid game, hopefully if he has to play the next game, he'll have another.

Don't mess with Mucha!!

Was solid enough yesterday. Did exactly what he needed to do and didn't look shaky at all. Well in Jan lad.

.....not sure of the prognosis re Howard but presume he will be back for Wigan. It's a game that defines our season so it will be risky to go with Mucha but I was in the Gwladys St the night another substitue goalkeeper, Andy Rankin pulled off a great stop against Monchenglabach. Its funny how such things happen and go down in folklore.

I don't usually respond to your posts because most of what you write I think is complete bollocks. But I feel the need to explain something. If the manager doesn't want his team to play the long ball they won't. All your defenders turning and jogging away when the gk has it is a clue.
