If Ozzie needs a rest I'd rather Barkley or Naismith come in behind Jelavic and Fellaini next to Gibson, but thats just me.

I wanna see more Hammer.

If he goes at the end of the season without busting the net from 30 yards, it'll be a waste of time

The amount of times he's been called upon since the turn of the year is there to be seen. If we'd had sold him in January would that money have gone on a replacement? Where would we be now? All woulds I know and I know he's been poor but it just shows he still has a role in the squad. Most importantly if Jags is going to miss a couple of weeks, we need to get behind him. He didn't have a bad game yesterday.

the fans have always been behind him, but it's hard to support a man when it looks like he can't be arsed to try 100% every time he pulls on that blue shirt. we know he's a talented but he doesn't seemed arsed, just gives up too easily and barely tries for headers. barely gets off the ground ffs, compare that to jags (someone who possibly has less ability) and you can see why he gets abuse

With your theory Naismith should be ok then.

We would've of defo bought someone if we sold Heitinga rather than throwing about phantom bids.

He didn't even play badly yesterday...

Not at all I agree, I thought he had a very good game. Made some good headed clearances from corners and generally kept the defence together well. We seem to have jibbed off that mad offside trap we had too which helped.

He was at fault for the goal in my opinion. Another bal into the box and he just watched it. Doesnt matter if you have a half decent game but then go on to fall asleep to concede a goal.

Yep he was about 2 yards from his man

Still, having said that he did have a decent game otherwise, and again showed how important passing the ball out of defence is.

Anichebe shared at least half the blame for that goal by completely failing to track his man down the left wing. The player had all the time he wanted to pick the cross.
