been to wembley five times seen us win 3 lose 2 and losing has even cost me my job the following monday as i made a woman cry got disciplined and then sacked.

with chelsea, man united and man city still in the cup i would rather play one of them in the quarter finals and take them out than go to wembley and get beat tamely.

wembley is really expensive and such a pain in the arse.

I'd rather go to Wembley.

Even though I know for pretty much certain we'll bottle it on the day and even though I don't rate the FA Cup at all, once you get into the Quarter Finals then you're in it to win it and sadly you have to go for the ride.

The only time my view on that changes is when we draw Liverpool ahead of a replay to get through to the next round - I'd rather lose the replay than play Liverpool at Wembley whilst Moyes is manager.

You've GOT to go to Wembley and tough it out, it's a 90 minute game of football, far bigger upsets than Everton beating the likes of City or United happen all the time.

Having said that, our form has been poor for ages now and I wouldn't exactly feel confident about the prospect at this moment in time. And getting into a Semi-Final and then losing is nothing to brag about at all, crap teams do it all the time.

we consistently have played terrible in the second half legs always seems to go. they do say because the lack of games played on there that wembley has always been a very heavy pitch. its the worse ground i could imagine us going to to play the top 3. take one of them at goodison. rather play city at etihad than play them at wembley. we never seem to have enough pace.

You made a woman cry? Hahahahaha bloody hell!

Been to Wembley 3 times, first one we won, second one we lost but it was the final and a good experience. Third time was just horrible, had a drive home with my mates in complete silence...never want that to happen again!

Ok. Would you rather LOSE. I don't think so.

I've seen us lose 4 of 5 FA Cup Finals
Lose 1 of 2 Semis (and 3 of 4 other semis back in 71 77 and 81)
Lose 2 of 2 other Cup Finals (Forest, Palace)
Draw 2 League Cup Finals (and the replay vs The Sh1te)

In fact apart from 4 wins 1 draw in Charity Shields) it's a terrible record given that I watched the 95 Final on TV. Should I stay away? Who knows?

Always rather we got to Wembley (although semis should really be played elsewhere in my mind) just because it gives fans that want to go a chance of something good happening. Would rather lose in the semis every year than go out in the early rounds every year (as in the league cup) which is just depressing!

So basically this is asking would you rather go out of the cup at the final or the semi-final stage , or the quarter-final stage if the semis are at Wembley.

There is no need to even answer that.

I`m one of those who thinks Wembley should be for the final only.
Semis should be either on neutral ground, or over two legs IMO.
