Not sure if him stalling on a deal is affecting the team, but I'd rather he signed or did one, I hate indecision.

It clearly is.

Amazed he's allowed to hold the club to ransom like he is doing. I'm not surprised nobody signed in the transfer window as even the manager won't commit beyond the next 6 months.

Moyes is "doing a Gosling", and if it were a player doing it he'd be fuming.

In one way you can understand it as after 10 years you'd be sick of no financial backing too, but I sense an arrogance in that he feels he can hold us to ransom and that he's almost bigger than the club. If he thinks he is I'd rather see the back of him, I'm sure there's others who could do a very good job, who are better than Moyes tactically too.

until moyes has money to spend and not handicapped by that snake kenwright and his gang of clowns in the board room we cant judge, what I will say is though his team selections and tactics piss me off at times.

How is he 'holding the club to ransom'? Has he asked for a huge pay hike? Unlikely that it has anything at all to do with his wages. Maybe he was holding the club to ransom in terms of them providing some transfer money. About time he did too - although it obviously had no affect in January if he did.

The truth is he isnt holding the clun=b to ransom at all, he is just seeing his contract out before he leaves in the summer. Simple as that.

I think Tubey's point is that if he's going to do that, then he should come out and say so, rather than saying that if he sat down with Kenwright he could sort it out in a couple of hours.
By failing to do so he's leaving the club in limbo, whilst we could potentially be looking for Moyes' replacement potentially agreeing a fee and a contract in advance, which would minimise the disruption to the club as a result of Moyes leaving
Instead we have to wait and see whether or not he's going to sign a new deal before approaching a new manager.

Is he? News to me. Can you point out where he came out in the press and publicly said that? Because that's actually my problem with what he is doing.

He's holding the club to ransom because he wants to see what happens in the managerial merry-go-round in the summer. So the club have no idea whether the manager will be here in August, and there's nothing the club can do about it, because Moyes has obviously refused to resolve his contract with 12 months to go - which would happen at any other club if he were going to stay.

And why should the club commit massive transfer fees to a manager who won't commit to a longer stay than 6 months?

People have this mindset that Moyes is bigger than Everton. Nothing could be further from the truth.

We were established in 1878, not 2002.

I think if we finish top 4 or win a cup he will stay. It's not an ideal situation but i highly doubt our 'fiercely ambitious' board would be doing anything other than sitting on their hands regardless.
