Who will finish 4th?

Too late for fourth I'm afraid. Too many poor draws have cost us in a season where it's been wide open, even for third.

We can moan all we like about no investment, and obviously if we'd have strengthened in January we'd be confident of a good finish, but that doesn't take away disgusting defending from so-called top players such as Heitinga and co, and a failure to convert twenty chances a game before Christmas.

I don't know exactly who to blame, but the team/manager has ****ed it up this season.

Six behind Spurs today plus a trip to WHL to come, plus to City, Chelsea, the RS.. we've got absolutely no chance of fourth.

Have we ever won at white hart lane? Have we ever won at City? Yes of course we have, quite recently actually. Its preposterous to say we have absolutely no chance. Obviously its going to be very difficult, but if we can pull ourselves together, find some form and beat some of our rivals, then it can still be done.
 
I've said all along that we've drawn far too many games that were eminently winnable, and now it's caught up with us. Draws aren't all that useful to teams chasing top 4. You have to b prepared to go for the 3 pts in every single game.
 

Some miserable tits on this forum. Why is it too late for 4th? How is it fact that we won't get 4th? How have we blown our chances when we get to play those around us still and they play each other?
The only fact we do know is that it isn't too late for 4th as its not impossible. Improbable/difficult/unlikely? perhaps but its certainly not over yet and the lack of faith in this team is truly turgid.
Should we win we will be 5th. 3 points from 4th, 4 points from 3rd and we still have 3rd and 4th to play, also 3rd and 4th still have to play each other. and there's still 13 games to play. Even if we lose today this race is not run yet by a long way.
Man up, stop crying, and get some enthusiasm, many here are starting to sound annoyed that we even bothered trying for fourth in the first place.

Its not like we havn't been trying to win them, we've completely gone for 3 points in pretty much every game we have played.
 
Think that if spurs carry on there form then 3rd will be there's . Now it's between us , arsenal , Chelsea and maybe red shoite . We look least favourites however I think we have hit the point with injuries and think everyone is fit now but we need to just keep their heads down and play the game . There will be spanners thrown into the works with teams like Chelsea and arsenal and red ****e . They will get injuries and maybe get a few games that they should win but draw . Think it will come down to taking points off our competitors when we play them
 
We should have took a chance on Leroy Fer, if it hadnt worked out I would have said fair enough, we gave it a go, thats the way that one went. It wouldnt have been like we were doing a leeds, it would have been a calculated risk with money we could afford. Instead the board bottled it, knew we had playing assets they could flog in the summer anyway, and Moyes towed the line
 
to be fair, i'd rather we lost 4th now and concentrate purely on 5th, instead of having won all those games we drew and nervously watch our lead being pegged back at the end of the season until we're pipped on the last day. Obviously we'll keep going, but 6 points is too much for me now, unless bale gets injured. still no reason we can't finish above arsenal though, just have a bad feeling they'll put a run together eventually

Man up and stop crying...have you ,after seeing our third best central , according to Moyes anyway, being pulled apart, not tackling and no pace...disgrace...that got me crying...
 
**** fourth, it's not going to happen. Start playing a style and tactics that can win the one off games, and if we drop the odd point no problem.

Drop Osman and play Fellaini/Gibson cente mid in a 4 4 2.

Wembley.
