The story is that the paperwork is being renegotiated because we think his knee looks a bit wonky under the microscope. Doesn't make it true, but doesn't make it definitely false either. We'll know when we know.

Not hardly at all. Alot of transfers the clubs know they will agree a fee, it's just a matter time, especially for players who are desperately want away (not that Fer is.)..

SO it isn't pointless, it saves time, happens alot on deadline days.
 
He hasn't failed a medical, there are problems with the payments, dutch press still think deal will go through. Always little problems like this all the f****** time.
