Leroy Fer

I tend not to believe most 'ITK' accounts, but we all know deep down that this would be typical Everton.

Hang on. Didnt Moyes say that Fer was undergoing his medical during his presser this afternoon? Surely Fer wouldnt be able to do that medical if the paperwork between us and Twente had be sorted.

It's common practice. Sometimes the personal terms/medical is done before a fee is agreed.

A medical is nothing but that. You can have a medical whenever you want, this just happens to be a medical done by Everton or a doctor representing them. Contract deals can still change.

yes and a striker to play with jelavic would of been better then signing fellainis replacement before he has even left.
Since he doesn't play in the same position as Fellaini I wouldn't say he is his replacement.

same thing as people are doing with fer people did with bily getting youtube videos and comparing him to kanchelskis before they had even seen him play
Nonsense ... I based my premature praising of Bily based off that early game he played where every corner and cross he made was pure magic. That is the insufficient sample size from which I based my entirely incorrect assessment of Bily.

glad moyes got the money but other areas needed seeing to first.
Talking yourself into a 8 million pound striker who isn't really that good but you "need" one is a good way to end up with a bunch of players who don't fit your system and no money.

Holland midfielder Leroy Fer, who has caught the eye of Liverpool, Newcastle and Everton, made the extravagant purchase at an auction of former race horses.
In the world of horses I don't think 22k is extravagant at all. It's also not extravagant in the world of "things football players buy." You'd get laughed off the training ground for wearing a watch that cost "only" 22k.

With no suitable stable space available in the area, Fer has been forced to quickly offload the horse, and become a laughing stock among his team-mates.
His team-mates were all intimately aware that there were no suitable stables in the area so they found it hilarious that he didn't already know that.

Seeing how much people overreact to this horse story maybe the big mysterious court case is about this horse.
