Everton are set to be without Kevin Mirallas and Seamus Coleman for Wednesday's Premier League match against West Brom at Goodison Park.
Winger Mirallas again limped off with a hamstring problem during Saturday's FA Cup win over Bolton, his second attempted comeback from the injury he first suffered two months ago.
Full-back Coleman is expected to be out for at least another two weeks with a thigh injury while midfielder Darron Gibson has suffered a slight setback in his own recovery from a thigh problem

BBC Sport are a bunch of blerts, actively encouraging people to make up BS rumours on Twitter. They also said Hitzlspergers loan had ended when we had actually signed him till the summer.

Also, what BML said.

Gibbo and his bloody thigh.....

How can are thigh injury keep you out for this ong? Seriously, I have played football for 30 years and, ligament and ribs aside have never been out for more than one match. I know it is only sunday league stuff BUT it's the same with my mates, never injured like some of our players.

I read somewhere that Moyes said Coleman could be out for a month?

On the plus side (slightly), I love the way we're all gutted that Coleman isn't available to play RB, he's been fantastic there at times this season. Love Coleman.

.....I've said a few times here that our recuperation rates are amongst the worst in the league and the reasons why need to be explored and challeged.

All these injuries are starting to do my head in now, just wish we could play a full strenght team nearly ever week instead of once every blue moon.

Phil Neville came back weeks earlier than expected.
Thats cos hes a model pro and takes care of his body, does things right.

Darron Gibson has been out for 5 years with a minor thigh strain, Mirallas has a hamstring injury, something that at times take a long time to heal, see Giggs, Ryan, but sometimes it clears up fairly quickly, see Baines, Leighton.

Not all injuries are the same, im pretty sure we do all we can to get the players back, but sometimes its not as easy as just "give them time", I bet when Darren Fletcher woke up with a dicky tummy 1 morning he didnt think he would miss nearly 2 years of football.
