Transfer Rumour: Igor De Camargo

Won't be happening.

Imagine we could get in a decent striker on a loan view to buy basis. Would be immense and I'd be confident of fourth with that squad.

Moyes' reputation as talent spotter means that agents are gonna through our name out there any time they want a move for their clients. Generates interest.

nice goal b)

He is a mediocre player. He's strong and wins most headers, has a good work ethic and thats about it. Not good enough for Everton. unbelieveably he somehow got 6 caps for Belgium

Think this one has legs, mind nobody who's seen him seems to rate him much, tbf. And his goal scoring record looks average at best.

But he's belgian and has a boss name. If he throws himself around a bit and can head, he'll do me.

Goal stats can be highly misleading, clearly he's not ****e for Moyes to be looking at him and if he comes in and helps out Jela it's all good

Yeah, 1 goal every 10 games is exactly what we need to challenge for fourth

Nobody has said a good word about this De Camargo bloke and at least Straq gave 100% everytime he stepped onto that football pitch. That performance against City where he ran himself into the ground is proof enough. I'd rather a lad who we know gives 100% who's attitude in part makes up for his ability rather than an unknown entity who no-one seems to rate.

Aside from that performance he wasn't very good at football.

Naismith gives 100% in every game too. It's not enough to just give your all if we want to be taken seriously as a top 6 team, we need quality.

Denis scored 1 goal in 20 appearances for us in the league, comparing him to Camargo is a bit of an insult to the Belgian really. Doesn't matter how hard he tried or how many times he cried on the pitch, a striker who scores 1 every 20 games is simply not good enough and we would be wasting valuable wages bringing him here again.

Would love Denis back at the club he would provide much needed goals in the last 4 months of the season

So you'd rather the Belgian lad that nobody rates?

Not saying Straq is good by any means so any stats you throw at me i'll agree with you. I'm saying i'd rather him than De Camargo who nobody has said a good word about. You can only go on what people who have seen him play have said, and they don't rate him. I'd take hundreds of others above Straq, but not this lad.
