Vorm has had the f*cking easiest game ever here.

He was very good today, not one punch and caught everything, plus Baines was supplying some good free kicks in.

If we play like that against most teams we will win most of our matches. Swans defended well, extremely well it happens to every team. Pity we didn't have Mirallas as it would have prevented them from loading up in the left side and shutting out Baines/Pinnear.

Velios looks good setting people up in the few minutes he sometimes gets.

for the clown giving neg rep for stating jelavic is the new torres grow up its an internet site and everyone has an opinion I couldnt actually be arsed taking the time out to actually rep someone for stating the obvious that he cant ****ing score to save his life.

end of the day TOP 4 teams dont draw at home when the other side has about 1 shot at goal all game disgraceful with the amount of chances we had today top 4 is over lads we aint good enough to dig out Utd esque winners

Fairly sure a "top four" side have just drew to relegation certs QPR, and Chelsea lost at home to Swansea in the League Cup. You're talking nonsense - we got a Utd-esque winner against Spurs didn't we?

Not kneejerking to point out that we've just dropped points and the chance to catch Spurs to pull away from the rest.

This is the run in now, we've still got the big teams to play, so games like this at home are needed to be won.

That said, I agree that Jelavic needs dropping immediately, even if it means starting Vellios.

Ideally, we should be bringing in competition for his place to kick him up the arse.

I dont consider a flow of long punts upfield as playing well.

Sorry, but we're looking like 7th or thereabouts come the final reckoning. Very poor at times, bereft of real imagination to mix things up and to unlock things.

Ahh well, at least we got the clean sheet. Typical Everton not taking chances when they're put on a silver platter, if we want to do anything this season we need to learn how to shoot at something that isn't the opposition keeper. Pienaar and Baines weren't up to scratch today because of the job Swansea did on them and it's a shame we didn't have either Gibson or Mirallas to find Coleman on the right because he would have torn them a new one if the team didn't forget that it was Coleman on the right instead of Neville. Fair play to Swansea too for their good game plan, the way they defended merited a point at the end of the day.

We dominated them, but their defending was very well organised and they played deep making it difficult to get through. We lacked a bit of cutting edge but we had a good few chances.

It's 2 points dropped but it's not like we played awful, there's some positives to take from that. Coleman was excellent and my MOTM, Pienaar was good too. Not too many bad points, there were a few average performances out there but no one really had a bad game. Jelavic was offside a fair few times again though.

Mirallas' return can't come soon enough though, we miss his pace and direct approach, the only other player out on the field for us today who can do that was Coleman.

Frustrating, exasperating, irritating, annoying.... I'm running out of synonyms to describe this afternoon... AAAAARRRGHGHGHGHG!
Please can Mirallas get fit, FFS!
Naismith is terrible when he plays out wide... Is Moyes the only one who can't see this?!?
Well, at least we kept a clean sheet... And Howard didn't do his starfish impression!
