dunno its availabilty to be fair .. i just know thats what the rent is , so that with energy , water bills .. staff wages

add the only time it will really make money is on matchdays sadly , proberly why no-ones snapped it up

There's no margin on beer and for a grand a week ffs even with a max of 25 games a season (if lucky) it's a no brainer.

When I was licencee it never made anything unless it was match day then it would depend on who we were playing least I took on match da was 12000 the most nearly 18000

Winslow Pub on Goodison RD closes down
