His stand up on Live at the Apollo was really good, the British/American language differences being a particular highlight.
Obviously, that's a 20 minute gig and probably heavily edited before it gets on screen but still had me in bits.

Mostly fantastic list that mate.
Agree massively with all of your overrated list -- except Gervais as I love the Office/Extras too much to criticise him. But stand-up wise yeah fair enough. His last few have been awful especially.
Dylan Moran and Ross Noble are two of my absolute favourites at the moment and Hicks/Pryor are pretty much untouchable (I'd lob Carlin in there too).
The only major difference is that I'd have Boyle in the overrated section, but yeah mostly I agree with that. Which is weird as I usually find myself arguing over comedians with everyone. I'm sick of explaining why I think Lee Evans isn't at all funny.

90% of Lee Evans early material is stolen from 70's comedians. There's an entire sketch that he's lifted almost word for word from Billy Connolly.
Frankie Boyle went down in my estimations for Tramadol Nights but I love his stand up stuff. Sarah Jessica Parker as a campaign poster for neglected horses made me do a little bit of wee.

I think the ' live at the Apollo ' format is what's wrong.. It's a power 8 minute performance, I could be funny for that long, then you sell out big venues on the back of that show and they just can't be funny for the required hour.
The old school comedians, Manning, Les Dawson.. Would smash the Apollo format, but could also do a decent longer show..
Do you know who does my head in? People who watch all these jarg funny men then spend the entire evening regurgitating their best jokes in the pub when you're trying to bevvy with them. Literally any subject point you attempt to make they hit you with a quick fire quip.

Basically this. Chapelle's show, while a few years old now, still makes me howl like nothing that's been on since.
I like Stewart Lee at the moment as well. And Bill Bailey.
Boyle, Carr and McIntyre should all feck off forever.
Whoever said Lee Evans is OK as a comedy actor but fecking irritating as a stand-up is pretty much right IMO.

I used to like Boyle to be honest but I hate comedians that overuse their defining characteristics to the point where they become tiresome, irksome gimmicks. Now every time he comes out insulting someone it just seems kind of laboured and tedious, like "oh here he goes again". And sometimes he's not even remotely funny when he's doing it. That sketch show showed him up a bit too as you alluded to. That was shockingly bad, and only highlighted his limits even more.
BUT I'm quite fussy with comedians. I love comedians who use the medium to convey a juxtaposed serious message; those who are almost preachers. And then I love those who are just pure, harmless fun (Bill Bailey, Minchin, Noble).
