Lol Sterling wants Â£50k a week to sign a new LFC contract and is ready to turn down their initial contract offer:

I'd cry with laughter if he went - it'd be priceless.

By the way, can't blame him for asking for that at all. The Stewart Downing comparison is very apt - if Liverpool are going to rely on him so heavily in the first team, they should pay him properly.

Maybe I'm being an old fart, and I'm all for young lads letting off-steam and being 'normal'.... but if you're 17 years old and playing in the Premier League, and everyone knows who you are and that you're 17, it's probably not the wisest move to try and get into nightclubs in the city centre where the age policy is 18 and over. Anyway, a young kid coming on to the scene shouldn't be on the ale either.

Mind you, Rodgers was previously in Garlands, so maybe he was probably just trying to copy his boss.

Can you imagine Moyes going to a club like this?
