I'll explain it : nevilles gash and does crap like that every game.

If you look at the opta chart someone posted up a while back, they got Neville putting that ball out from way further infield than it really was. Not sure you can trust opta too much really.

Actually, that was a pass that was miles off target at the other end of the pitch. That pass isn't even on the chart. OPTA interpreted it as a clearance, not a failed pass.

For the record, he lost the ball approximately 9 times - or once every 10 minutes. That's less than I initially thought but still 7 times more than people on here reckon. That includes being tackled twice, a failed cross and an aimless clearance - and my subjective view of a pass compared to OPTA; which, given by those screenshots, I trust 10000% more than theres!
