But a large section of our support is heavily massochistic. Hence the clapping when the Goblin Headed Football Club destroyer appeared on the screen. We want to be beaten, trodden into the dirt, humiliated etc. It's our weekend release after weekdays of being high earning executives in full control, with compliant young wives.
