...........Rodgers would take the credit for inventing football and tactics if he could get away with it.

It’s time for this great self-publicist to stop the bull**** and start delivering. Sack the cliches of ‘The Players plus the environment equals the behaviour’. It’s garbage.

Hahahahahahahaha...........

The comments from that article are pure gold:

"the man has achieved something, he's the manager of Liverpool FC. Not easy that, only a few are ever chosen."

50/50 chance of top 4, erm i dont think its that good.

i like the way he mentioned all the teams that have improved ((He said: "There's not just [Manchester] United and Arsenal now but [Manchester] City, Chelsea and Tottenham. Newcastle are coming as well.))

Hasnt Everton improved Stevie?

Excellent article and one which is literally impossible to argue with, hence the only replies just being personal abuse.

That's just awful self indulgent daft crap. That barrage of juvenile pathos and hyperbole had me rolling around in laughter.

The replies to it as well just had me guffawing over a cup of tea then.

I don't think any Everton fan has attempted to be soo rediculously exposed in their head to such lofty fathoms of Disney.

They are unashamedly blinkered and usually when that happens reason is always very far behind in a debate.

I would just like to say too, how obsessed are media companies with Liverpool. I read the online Guardian and I can safely say that they never fail to have an article on the ****e. They have at least two a week and it's not even criticizing them as their writers never get to the point of irritating their violent sycophantic masses.

Even the BBC live text commentary on Saturday was infiltrated by tweets from Liverpool fans. This is controlled by producers. It's funny that there was another 5 games that day and no feedback from fans from those games were ever highlighted from the twitter feed.

Burley's comments would never make it into the likes of the Guardian never get on the BBC either.

It doesn't surprise me we are not even mentioned much for being second. No credit just brief mentions but the real news was the ****e back to winning ways.

They write as though its a spiritual experience the toe curling tits.

Boss away for them with a result like that but its like one of them weird American cult both in behaviour and the language they use. Just go the game and enjoy it.

Thought the Hillsborough reference was a bit crassly thrown in.
