Rules of Engagement is the shiz. I like Big Bang but sometimes things arnt funny and the audience laughing after it makes it lamer. Sheldon is possibly the greatest character ever though.

The laugh track is horrid and every single episode is the same joke over and over again - nerd in glasses has a moral dilemma, lanky nerd says some long words in a stupid voice, the laugh track laughs and the world gets a little dumber.

Hmmmmm, it has it's moments, not the worst thing to have on in the background when on the internet. Not saying it's God's gift or anything but I find your disdain for it and the people who watch it a little weird.
