Its funny because a few short months ago i bet you would never of dreamed that our club would have Pienaar, Naismith and Mirallas in the bag with the possibility of yet one or two more. If im honest i would of been greatful and have been ok with just getting Pienaar back.

I think a central defender is needed as well... I'd like to see a fast tall young player to cover for jags.. And if we have the money nice from blackpool
 
I think Moyes will try to buy one more player before the window closes, and perhaps 1-2 loans (with options to buy next summer). If we get Oviedo, I don't think Moyes will have money to buy anymore unless they come for less than £1M. But another midfielder CM/RM on loan is plausible.

If we don't get anymore in, I will be slightly disappointed for a short while. But if I look back at this summerwindow with our current dealings... I'd be happy. Pienaar back for good will give us our lethal lefthandside back, Naismith and Mirallas have shown us their qualities already. With them our offence have seriously improved and our tightknit defence is still intact. Anymore first-11 signings are just going to be the icing on the cake.

Oviedo... £5M for a backup LB? I'm not sure that would be ideal, unless Moyes thinks Baines will leave this winter or next summer. Would prefer us to snap up another midfielder or two instead for those £5M.

Just going to throw this out there, but the thread title is utterly ridiculous. Just how long have you been supporting Everton for exactly?

"Is that it?" would score highest points on Catchphrase if they did a "Things you'd never hear an Evertonian say".

Straq
Mirallas
Naismith

Or various other deals until the club announced them. Do some of you never ever learn anything or are these windows just a big blur of anger and jizz for you?
 

No one had thought of Drenthe or Stracq on this day a year ago. I'm sure we will sign someone surprising tomorrow.
