I only noticed him doing that last season but he did it against us at least once. When RVP did that ridiculous volley. Quality assist from Song there.

Definitely. Good player is Song, but Fellaini's on another planet. And yet no one outside of Everton would ever recognise that unless he signed for Chelsea.

The difference between a defensive and attacking midfielder isn't always that the attacking one doesn't press and tackle, Rooney does that ffs, it's about the positioning.

But Fellaini for me is the best DM in the League, ive yet to see any other player dominate games as often and as superbly as he does.

Theres examples of others that have done it, Essien in his prime, also, Stevie G LAaaaaaaaaaaar, but neither are the players they were.

Its a shame, Essien was a superb player, but injurys defo caught him up.

Essien most definitely, except Fellaini also has the added advantage of being seven feet tall and having magic nipples that draw footballs out of the sky.

Pity about Essien, top top player, but the injuries have absolutely ruined him.
Song is a terrific player, but i do rate Fellaini higher. A double team of YaYa Toure and Fellaini in midfield would destroy teams. But my point is, Fellaini and YaYa are two of the best in the league.

Honestly Baines I think is among the best fullbacks in the world, Fellaini is in the category below that in his position. He's the Nat Lofthouse to the Puskas' and Di Stefano's being produced by spain and germany right now.
