Welcome to Barcelonaton FC
Because that horrible tit of a chairman has a bit of clout with this wallet he looks like he could nick both Jo and Arshavin from under our noses.

[Poor language removed] em if they want to play for an average inconsistant side who scrapped into the Uefa cup through a fair play league and probably wont have a manager in a few weeks. But that's fine if they want to play for them.

Its rumours like this that fuels the fact we need some major financial clout.

Dont worry, its all speculation. We might not even be intrested in these two, we dont know yet?? The gaffer is keeping his cards close to his chest. An if we do go for them, im sure we'd get them before city regardless.

I doubt we were ever after that jo, 18m just can't see it. More likley we were after dudu but were being linked with every one an their dog.

Let the gaffer an the chairman do their thing, an we'll soon know whats going on. Dont let the press hype piss you off. Sit back an relax....(y)

I know, lads, I know.

But it just can get on your nerves when year in year out we have dips on players and always let them go. Ok, half of them ended up being [Poor language removed] (Kuyt?) and its better we didnt get them, but that little bit of financial clut would put a stop to the last minute "will we, wont we get him" stuff for top players.

I have faith in we have got the muscle and enough to get the players Moyes wants, but it can be disappointing when tranfers never happen that could've happen.

My biggest gripe if that we always seem to take so long to get the deal completed or am I just imagining myself? Take Manny for instance, his deal should have been sorted quickly and yet we allowed the bloke to jump on a plane to Valencia...Do our transfers take longer than most?

To be honest, when another side bids £12m for half a player, theres not much we can do.

I blame the Premier League for that balls up after the Tevez affair, it sounded next to impossible to realistically get him in.

What a good job it did balls up thou, we nearly paid 12m for manny...:o

Thing is, the transfere window dont open till the 1st June. So no matter what it say about teams buying players we want. Its not going to happen till then, An you never know we might be in pole postion. If moyes wants these players at all.

It takes as long as it takes. If they dont come, it wasn't ment to be.

Well I guess if players do choose to go to clubs like MCity, NCastle etc etc where they pay ridiculous wages for average players then you get to know what they were really after in the first place. I just cannot wait for our first signing, it's driving me insane...

They will be superb if this happens.

I hate Man City.

Bit extreme that.

I remember people saying the same about that Samaras, and when Newcastle paid daft wages for Emre, Parker and co.

Arshavin is obviously a good player, said it before we even played them, he's not worth £12m though if Moyes wont pay it.

And as for 'Jo', no one here can say he would have that much of an impact in the Premiership. 13 goals in 85 games for Corinthians is piss poor for their standard. Every other year Corinthians have little whizz kids banging them in. (Lulinha, a midfielder for them will probably be dubbed the next big thing.)

Obviously he's been banging them in for CSKA, but does that [Poor language removed] mean he's worth anywere near £18m. I'd rather take Vagner Love from CSKA.

Ye but cal, we think this about other teams who buy players we'd like. N'castle west ham etc, etc. Their just poxy clubs an end up being [Poor language removed]. No matter who they buy an how good they are. We have back bone an a top manager. Were ran properly an we will add good players to an already top team.

City are an always will be [Poor language removed]......no matter who they buy.

They'd be great for us, [Poor language removed] for them.

Calm down mate, I think both Ashavin and Jo are wise enough to choose the right side to make them succeed in this career.

I wish I could have a gun, I will go to shot the Man Shiteh's Chairman.
He is a mess-maker to everywhere he living, F_ck off Taxsin (n)
