Mr Thumbs.....is that carpet purple, and what's with the giant leaves on the wall? do your folks go to the same decorating store as Evertonized's parents? And what top is that?

I hear you buddy about women and design. Hope you didnt have to spend every weekend for a month looking for that wallpaper/carpet

Shocking that this still has not been announced.

The clearest sign yet to me that the club is absolutely broke.

Bad times.

He is at Costa Coffee now lads, looks like a caramel macchiato with ....chocolate dusting, and TWO sugars

I want him back in the fold, certainly. But I'm totaly underwhelmed by Pienaar's return.

We have a shattered squad and we need another five minumum coming in...and quality too, not the usual Moyes 'get him in and see how it goes' late window signings like Castillo and Straq (which have become as much his trademark of late as the fabled £2-5M gems he's more known by and credited with).

Agreed, mostly. It's right that Pienaar was made priority, but his acquisition only ensures that we're only as good this season as we were last. It's a relief in stasis, but not something I particularly feel like celebrating. I don't think we quite need five, but I think two or three more additions of Donovan/Arteta/Pienaar/Jags quality are essential if we're even to cosider the dizzy heights of 5th-6th in 2013.

Agree with Davek - that's right

Ijjy and Dave, what would the two of you prefer, Pienaar or a Matty Phillips type and an Artetaesque signing. The second one for me.

We need Pienaar, he's essential. We know what we'll get with him guaranteed...not so the other option, so, as much as two players rather than one is tempting, I'd go with option 1.
