Be horrendous negotiating if we're paying more than we got originally.

He didn't make it at spurs - the fact his face fits here is incidental - I didn't see any rumours suggesting rival offers and he's older - doing them a favour taking him off the wage bill.

Fee should reflect as much.

De Bruyne almost certain to join Werder Bremen on loan. Couldn't see the logic in that move anyway. Moyes is not reknowned for playing youngsters. Also, we already have one of the most exciting prospects in England playing that position. De Bruyne would probably only hinder Barkley's progress.

Pienaar just re-tweeted an article from a website he writes for that says this:

"Strictly Gentlemen understands that the deal between Everton and Tottenham was concluded today and is subject to a medical which will take place on Monday. Everton and Pienaar hope the deal can be concluded on Tuesday."
