Your point is one I agree with but you can't use a jarg, laughable £8m for Baines rumour as evidence against the club or board.

I say just wait and see what happens. We have enough just cause for anger as it is, so if we start to fume over the ifs, buts and maybes then we'll all be rolling out the red carpet for a coronary.

Sorry mate what i was implying was that everton are skint talk means teams are undervaluing are players and the press ain't helping by advetising these stupidly low prices. Personally i think both Heitinga and Baines are worth double these rumoured values and dont think we should sell either.

I see. Well the Heitinga value is seemingly the case. Obviously it's well under what he should be worth.

A sorry state of affairs, but we'll see what happens. I don't give two monkeys what people value our players at, I only care what we sell them for. Or if we sell them at all.

I would rather we give a local lad a chance. I rate pienar very highly but why should a 30 year old jeorpadise the chances of a young, local lad playing for the team he's supported for most of his life?

gueye is french not local mate. this is a good point if you have the players with the talent but we don't have a local LM with talent. same can't be said about selling cahill, who can be replaced by a local talent in barkley instead of buying another player. the reason why we are desperate for pienaar is because we literally have no-one else that plays that position, with the exception of magaye, who sadly didn't set the world alight last season and proved he's not prem standard atm.

Shows the type of club weve become Heitinga £4.5m/Baines £8m(rumored).Next we'll be giving players away, these valuations of our top players are pathetic, but this is becouse everyone knows we are a struggling team (money wise).

baines is staying and the heitinga bit was just a misunderstanding. if he does eventually go we'll be getting more than 4.5 for him. people can put stupid low price tags on our players all they want, doesn't mean they will go for that price, no matter how easy our board seem to be pushed over

The only thing to do is go mental and vent your anger by starting loads of pointless threads

Why do people believe this shtie when it says we value Heitinga at £4.5m & Baines is off to United for £8m?!. Didnt any of you listen to Moyesy during Naismiths press conference?.

He said we dont sell cheap, it's expensive to buy off of Everton!.

So no way is Baines going for £8m, and tbh, i doubt he'll be going at all as i think Moyes really wants to keep him!. As for Heitinga, who knows, but i certainly dont think he would go for as cheap as £4.5m and IF we was willing to let him leave, id'd imagine it would be for atleast double that!.

As for Pienaar, im starting to wonder wether this deal will go through at all?!!.
