Haye v Chisora

Because Chisora's an even bigger ****, and he's sick in the end.

Haye's a bit of a prick but at least he's relatively normal.

You're rooting for Haye because he's sane and just a conscious prick, whereas you think Chisora's mentally ill?

Stay classy NIK.

Brother-in-law has invited me to his place to watch it. Watched the Haye-Klitschko fight. What a let-down THAT was. Getting beat by his fractured toe, and all :dodgy:.

Should I swerve this one, or just watch it for the Comedy Bellend value ?

mate, boxing has always been like this. Sweet sciences history is full of controversy.
It hasn't suddenly become anything like what you are referring

I should elaborate.

Yes there were theatrics in the past but there were talents too. Now the theatrics overshadow the sport because there are so few quality boxers at the moment.

well, I disagree mate.
It is easy to look back to history of boxing and see numerous legends and talents. Many can't recognise the modern legends of boxing. Theres plenty of talents, even more than back then.
but hey, different perspectives mate

Definitely not where heavyweights are concerned mate.

It usually annoys me when older people say "back in my day things were better blah blah blah" but where boxing is concerned, I have to concur.

But yeah, to each their own! :)

Haye will walk over Chisora, He just plods around the ring like the fat bum he is.

No matter what happens in this fight, Khan/Garcia should be a great bout.

if haye keeps cool he will probs win it. But if it turns to be a brawl, it is anyones game imo.
Chisora has good punching power so haye should keep his distance.

About Khan, brilliant talent. His recent KO loss was a stunner, though

For probably the first time in history the heavyweight division isnt the blue riband or big draw in Boxing.

There's been some of the best bouts ever over the last 10-15 years and almost none of them have been at heavy.

Fighters like Mayweather, Manny, Morales, Barrera, Calzaghe and Jones Jnr and loads of others could hold their own in any era. and they almost all fought each other at some point.

How people behave outside the ring has changed and that's not a good thing and is putting people on to the MMA stuff as they are better role models and have more respect for each other but nothing, bar a game involving Everton, can beat watching two great boxers go for it toe 2 toe for twelve rounds.
