I personally think it is just lack of energy. There may also be an element of deflation after Senegal having the Afcon tiltle stripped from them. I know other Senegalese players haven’t been affected, but people are different and react differently. Still think his play would go up another level if he had a pact fullback to interact with.

He's a brilliant player. Would be helped so much more by a decent full back behind him that can cross the half way line.

I disagree. Dibling has been here since the summer. If we rotated properly from the summer then we would have a squad ready to give players a break.
Dibling was rotated and he wasnt very good and by all accounts doesnt work hard enough in training.
The manager isnt going to play a lad whos not pulling up trees in training.

I personally think that would be desperately searching for excuses to mask his terrible downturn in form over the past four months: he's been awful.
We can't blame it on Grealish being injured or Mykolenko being crap, although they are obviously mitigating factors. He's been far too greedy with the ball at his feet the past month, and his Ellesmere l workrate has dropped off.
At least we don't need to worry about losing him this summer, and can hopefully work to build the team around him next season to get the best out of him.

Hes been a little bit off it lately. New full backs may help ease the pressure. He is at that age where a big offer may mean he goes. At a club where wingers are not expected to defend as the team are so dominant he may do better also. He picks up the ball very deep. Love the player.
