Issy Hobson came on as a sub for her Rosenborg debut yesterday. She played 15-20 minutes as a right back and did fine. Not sure she'll be starting matches during her loan spell, but expect her to get some minutes. Eight league matches between now and the end of her loan spell June 30.

I watched the game. She did well and got forward a lot the time she was on. Their usual RB was bad 1st half, was lucky not to get a 2nd yellow for a pull back and subbed a minute later for Issy. Based on that i think Issy will be starting soon, and i thought she maybe even come on start of 2nd half yesterday

The first half yellow card was reported wrongly, possibly the graphics were off as well, but the right back did not get a yellow card.

As far as I know the right back that started yesterday isn't first choice. First choice in injured and the second choice (club captain) is pregnant.

They haven't started the season well, but the ambition for the season is to win the league. But with the three most experienced defenders all having kids in addition to other injuries, they were really short on numbers. Hobson was brought in on a short term loan to provide extra cover.

Loan players that are in for a couple of months often need to be significantly better than the others to be picked. As they will block development for players the club have invested in.

By the way. Yesterday's match was not representative for this team. They can do so much better.

Rosenborg boss was happy with Issy after her little 15mins plus injury time yesterday

Everton lucky not to conceded 2 or 3. Chelsea shots right at Brosnan, bar the good save on the angled shot to top corner. That Lauren James shot towards far Post was close. Everton trying to do everything down left when there is no space and to tight

That chance for pacheco was such a massive game changer and only our 2nd of the match to this minute. To go from should be in the lead to then going behind and falling apart. We should have conceded 4 early 2nd half with one clearly over line not given and one off the line as well as letting the 2 in. Chelsea Goals were coming 1st half and it was a matter of time till they got more

A more than deserved defeat. If Pacheco scored, we will never know if that may have made a difference for us. The miss 100% was a game changer though. Lucky not to concede 7/8. Hardly any shots

As nearly always we are a long long way off these top teams. Very little joined up play up front. We missed Mace. Team kept going and trying to the end but a few positions need looking at in the summer. Blundell struggles against good wide players and I’d be surprised if United want to keep her, but not sure now if we should take her. Payne on the left is as pointless as Dwight McNeil on the right.
