Are we not allowed to criticise the fella ?
As usual to keep ramming your repetitive points home you never speak about the full picture.
Let’s look at the squad additions -
KDH - possibly player of the season.
Grealish - missed half the season.
Rohl - out injured for long period
Barry - hard to call this anything other than a disaster.
Dibling - same as above.
Aznou - only cost 8m and bought for the future.
Added to Branthwaite missing the majority of the season.
Am I defending Moyes? Probably not.
Am I being reasonable and looking at the full picture? Yes.
The top 7, palace and forest if they win the competitions they’re in. Near half the league could have European football and we’ll be left behind again
but it’s ok because we’re not going down!!!
In Moyes we rust ; he's like a strait laced civil servant from the 1950s, totally averse to any risks. We need somebody of the ilk of Oliver Reed, somebody who knew how to give a good time, highs and lows, whereas now, we just have bloody lows. Bring some excitement back to the club, it's all so terribly draining, season, after season, after season.
you can’t build a squad with it mate
We had that many, must've missed a few of those
Not a complete squad no.
But you can certainly do a hell of a lot with 100 million ‘if’ invested properly. That’s a fact and there’s numerous clubs that back that up.
No reason it can’t at least buy 3-4 good players.
Not really using injuries as an excuse, just mentioning the new situation with new acquisitions as he made a point about them being a reason we should be doing better.Injuries are part of the game and we've had significantly less than most of the league. Like now, across the league only West Ham has less injuries than us.
Have we won more games?Already lost more games than last yearprogress
