Beto has been cleared to play against West Ham, so he should feature.

He won’t win much in the air but I’d back Alcaraz control and link up play and pressing over Barry any day tbh

If we can play to feet or even chest I’d have him over Barry no problem

I'd have coached some kind of attacking up front play months back into Charly, as i clearly stated on here at the time. Has a brain for attacking movement / positioning and has an eye on goal unlike our main strikers. Shame we have players similar to the role Charly was signed for but feel this lad has some flair for a through the middle role even if it's a tactical ground to chest game play. Just my thoughts!

I reckon Moyes thought the same, he was starting to try and use him more before his last injury and with both Beto and Barry misfiring at that time I think he was close to trying it. Thankfully Beto has had a great month but with him out I really can’t be doing watching Barry again he’s just soul destroying

Just a thought but how about we actually try to get behind the lad and encourage him?

I think the majority of us have been doing that all season and he keeps throwing it in our faces.

I'd love nothing more than for him to score and I still support him because he wears our badge, anyone who doesn't needs a word, but he's got to make amends and fast.
