I think replacing players is more important than the manager right now...give him a chance to fail (or succeed) with better before getting all high and mighty.

So you think Diego Simeone --one of the highest paid managers in the world, and who doesn't speak English, and has never ever shown any interest whatsoever in coming to the Prem-- would swap all he's done, and keeps trying to do, at the 3rd best team in Spain, that competes for and occassionally win trophies, is going to come to some nothing football club that has had zero relevance on the European stage for best part of FORTY YEARS because of "a PrOjEcT".

Yup. I must be the dipshit because that makes total sense. Bet he's at home right now watching a DVD VHS of that time we were once better than Brentford.
