Defo mate, that and the odd Castillo, Jacobson and Denis and we're good to go.
Frankly, yes it is...even without a single injury. We've rarely shown the consistency over the course of a season that's needed to challenge for a champs spot. That's what a big part of the cost goes to on world class players, they're generally consistent.
For me you need the squad depth for CL as Spurs found out - our starting 11 is prob up there but the cover for injuires and fatiuge isnt, the year we got there we were blessed with injuries and fell over the line.

If we don't sell anyone I reckon he'll come back at the end of the window for a decent-ish price -- more than what we paid, less than what Spuds want.
If we do sell someone I think they'll play hardball though, and we'll either cave or be financially sensible and realise that we can only spend decent money on players with resale value.

heard that from moyes before and look what happend!
just maybe its not the squad? but something else? and that is not all point at moyes but maybe round or anyone else!
we have proved that our squad can compete with anyone over the last few years. but we also proved how a bad start can fook your season up! that and only that needs sorting!
if its cuz we go defensive at the start of the season or that moyes cant get the team going unless its backs against the wall time ect..... it just needs to friggin change next season!!
