Well, if the band on the sleeves is narrower, then I'll admit it looks better. I'd much rather have cuffs than armbands on there!
 

Looks smart, clean, simple. Everything you want in a kit. Slight lack of identity perhaps but at least it looks smart. Could be worse.

After doing some detective work. I think it is fake. You can tell by the tell tale signs of some mighty fine photo shopping on the chang logo and the crest when you zoom in.

that kit looks like the crap they used to make us wear in U7's
 

Why photoshop a fake kit and pass it off as genuine?

People doing that sort of thing need to get a girlfriend.

Could be true, the away kit hould be plain white and Neville twittered, that the away kit is his favourit. The france away kit in everton style=boss ;)

third kit is plain black.
 
I'd be very surprised if that last photo is a fake. The kit will surely look just like that all the same.
