I cant understand how Dyche has been shortlisted, but it just underlines how poor the PL is if managers winning 2 games and getting a draw are considered for a prize.

Iraola should get it as he's bounced Bournemouth back after £120M sales and won 3 matches in January and has them looking dangerous again.

If only he were our manager.
