This. I've just seen a goal by Villa that we could only dream of seeing for Everton under Moyes.

Of course they have better players but the difference in coaching in terms of movement and tactics is staggering.

I wanted him before but he isn't an Emery type. I want someone who's won stuff and tries to win stuff.

TFG went out and got one of the best in class in Series A in Gasperini. I hope they do the same with us.

And we were doing this under Moyes last season. If anything we’re a better team this season but playing worse football at times, I reckon that’s only down to Moyes’s tactics.

I agree. We do have to take into account we're missing a lot of players, it'd be silly not to, however also can't ignore some of the footballing issues.

Our tendency to punt the ball back to Pickford and kick long, repeatedly, is so frustrating because we're not winning the knock down or the 2nd ball.

The repeated inability to do an overlap is another.
