This. I've just seen a goal by Villa that we could only dream of seeing for Everton under Moyes.

Of course they have better players but the difference in coaching in terms of movement and tactics is staggering.

That's why we need to change managers, at the end of the season.

Carry on like this and BMD will be a morgue and more and more will be disinterested like you and me.
You only need to look at Sunderland to see how a coach can make a huge difference, because their team today is far, far from stellar.

Yet, they moved the ball quickly and were making lots of movement - far superior to us. Every time Mundle got on the ball, he looked up and drove at us.

Moyes is a safe pair of hands, which ultimately is why the TFG brought him in. But there is a glass ceiling in place, and we've experienced it before.

Go in the summer, but it will be tricky to decide who he's replaced with. We need to make an Emery type appointment but there isn't really anyone out there that fits that at the moment.

And we were doing this under Moyes last season. If anything we’re a better team this season but playing worse football at times, I reckon that’s only down to Moyes’s tactics.

I agree. We do have to take into account we're missing a lot of players, it'd be silly not to, however also can't ignore some of the footballing issues.

Our tendency to punt the ball back to Pickford and kick long, repeatedly, is so frustrating because we're not winning the knock down or the 2nd ball.

The repeated inability to do an overlap is another.
